This is the obligatory MTC photo...where are we going? Kuching, Malaysia!
The other couple is our first companion couple, Elder and Sister Barnes from Rupert, Idaho.  They will be serving in West Virginia. 


 Our first week at the MTC was filled with instruction and training to help us become effective at teaching the gospel and invite others to come unto Christ.

As senior welfare missionaries, we got the weekend off so we returned home to finish packing. On Monday we continue our training by taking a field trip to Welfare Square. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday we will be back at the Provo MTC for Humanitarian Service training. And then we catch our flight to Singapore on Thursday night.
